TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions of entry carefully. By submitting an entry to this promotion, you are deemed to have read and accepted them.

1. PROMOTER: A.G. BARR p.l.c., a company registered in Scotland with company number SC005653, and having its registered office at Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: promotion opens at 13:01 on 29 May 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 14 June 2026 (inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”).
3. ELIGIBILITY:
   1. The promotion is open to all legal residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except:
      1. our employees;
      2. our agents;
      3. anyone professionally connected with the promotion; and
      4. the immediate family members of (i), (ii), and (iii).
   2. Must have an Instagram account.
   3. Must download the Ticketmaster App or already have an active account.
   4. Device capable of sending / receiving an SMS and internet access required. A valid email address and mobile number is also required to enter. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the Promotional Period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.
   5. Maximum one entry per individual Instagram handle (profile) during the promotion period.
   6. We will have no responsibility for, and will not accept, any entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, damaged or corrupted (including as a result of technical issues with your mobile, tablet, computer or connectivity, or technical issues with our website or microsite).
4. TO ENTER:
   To enter during the Promotional Period you must:
   1. Like the Lily Allen post published on the official Funkin Cocktails Instagram page, @funkincocktails on the 29th May 2026.
   2. Comment on the Lily Allen post published on the official Funkin Cocktails Instagram page, @funkincocktails on the 29th May 2026. The comment should state who you’ll take with you to the concert (must be 18+).
   3. Follow the official Funkin Cocktails page and remain a follower until at least the 19th June 2026.
   4. Visit winwithfunkin.com, confirm date of birth, accept these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and submit entry details including your full name, email address and mobile number and
   5. submit the completed form.
   Any entries received before or after the Promotional Period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.
5. PRIZE DRAW PROCESS
   1. The Independent prize draw provider, PromoNow will generate a computer random algorithm to draw the winner on Monday 15th June 2026.
   2. The first drawn will win the prize.
   3. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries which it considers in its absolute discretion to be fraudulent, invalid, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
6. PRIZES
   There is one prize to be won:
   2 x Ticketmaster General Admission Tickets to the Lily Allen Concert on Friday 19th June 2026 at the AO Arena, Manchester.
   1. All guests must be over 18.
   2. The winner and their guest will be subject to any cancellation policies that Ticketmaster may impose. The winner will be treated in accordance with any other ticketholder.
   3. Tickets will be administered in the winners and their guest’s full names.
   4. The Prize cannot be sold or exchanged.
   5. If for any reason the event is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the running or conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel the Prize and not re-award any additional tickets to the winner or reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.
   6. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not include travel/transportation, accommodation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
   7. It will be the winner’s and (if applicable) their guest's responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.
   8. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if a winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
   9. Once tickets have been issued, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
   We reserve the right to substitute any Prize (or an individual aspect of a prize) for an alternative of equal or greater value where we deem it strictly necessary due to events outside our reasonable control. Winners may not transfer the right to accept their Prize to another person without our consent. Prizes are not negotiable.
7. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
   1. On Monday 15th June 2026 the winning entrant will be notified via telephone call and email to the same mobile number and email address used at entry.
   2. The winner will have 48 hours to respond and accept the prize. If no acceptance is received it will be issued to the next reserve winner and so on.
8. PRIZE DELIVERY
   Our Prize Agency, Prize Professionals will dispatch and fulfil the Prize tickets to the winning entrant. To complete this the winner must download the Ticketmaster App or already have an account active.
   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed delivery due to provision of incorrect fulfilment details.
   The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage or loss to a Prize caused by any third party. If a Prize fails to be delivered by a third party, we have no obligation to provide a replacement prize.
9. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Your contact information will only be used and shared for the purpose of administering this promotion unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. We may share your personal data with third parties for the purposes of fulfilling any prizes won through this promotion (including our fulfilment / delivery partners).    2. The winners’ surnames and counties will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request four weeks after the promotion close date to: Prize Professionals (Funkin Cocktails - Lily Alen - 2026), Hereworx House, 119 Winter Road, Southsea, PO4 8DS, within 3 months of the closing date. The winners may request that their surname and county are not published or request the amount of information being published be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
   3. You must submit your own entry. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. Bulk, group, or third party entries will not be accepted. Entries submitted using automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that enable a person to enter repeatedly will not be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any Prize award will be void.
   4. We may carry out verification checks to confirm your eligibility to enter the promotion and/or receive a Prize (including requesting proof of ID (e.g. a current passport or driver’s licence) or proof of address (e.g. a recent utility bill).
   5. Winners are responsible for any tax liability they incur as a result of accepting a Prize. Winners are encouraged to seek independent financial advice before accepting a Prize if the tax implications concern them.
   6. We reserve the right to disqualify you if you fail our verification checks or we reasonably believe that you have: (i) breached any of the promotion terms; (ii) cheated or jeopardised the operation or integrity of the promotion; or (iii) gained an unfair advantage or won using fraudulent, dishonest, or unfair methods.
   7. We reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel a promotion where we deem it strictly necessary due to events outside our reasonable control (including where technical issues are affecting the proper running of the promotion or where we suspect fraud). In these circumstances, we will do all we can to minimise any disappointment.
   8. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss, injury or damage which: (i) you suffer by entering a promotion; or (ii) you suffer in the enjoyment of any prize. However, nothing will exclude or limit our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation committed by us.
   9. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoter’s control, the website / microsite (as with any website / microsite) may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website / microsite. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
   10. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the promotion, including taking part in promotional videos and/or photoshoots to be shared via the Promoter’s social media channels. Participation in any such publicity is at the winners’ discretion and is not a condition of enjoying the Prize.
   11. At the point you enter this promotion, we’ll give you the option to consent to us using the email address you submit for marketing and promotional purposes. If you give us your consent, we may send you marketing and promotional emails about FUNKIN from time to time. If you wish to subsequently withdraw your consent, you can do that by emailing us at dataprotection@agbarr.co.uk or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of the marketing or promotional emails we send you.
   12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with any other parties, including but not limited to Lily Allen and Instagram. By entering, entrants agree to release any and all of the non-affiliated parties from any and all liability in connection with the promotion.
   13. Our decision in relation to all matters relating to our promotions will be final.
   14. Each of the promotion terms is separate from the others. This means that if any promotion term is held to be invalid then it will be deleted but the remaining promotion terms will continue to apply.
   15. If there is a discrepancy between these promotion terms and those in any promotional material, these promotion terms will prevail.

   17. The promotion terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with Scots law. The Scottish courts will have the exclusive right to settle any disputes related to our promotions.
